1. Nature of Digital Products
All products offered by VOM Embroidery are digital embroidery files that become available for download immediately after purchase. Because of the intangible nature of these files, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once an order is completed.

2. Defective or Incompatible Files
If you receive a corrupted, incomplete, or incompatible file, please contact us! To help me resolve the issue quickly, include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the problem (e.g., “File won’t open in Software XYZ”)
• A screenshot or error message (optional)

I will provide, at no extra cost, a corrected file or an alternative format compatible with your embroidery machine.

3. How to Request Assistance
For any file-related issues, email me at: vomembroidery@gmail.com

I aim to respond within 48 business hours and will work with you to deliver a working file.

4. Order Cancellations
Because digital orders are processed instantly upon payment, cancellations are not possible once an order has been completed.

5. Exceptions
The only exception to our no-refund policy is for defective or incompatible files as described in Section 2. I cannot offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect usage, or lack of technical knowledge.
