    • Resell, redistribute, or make the digital file available in any digital format (e.g., as part of a collection, on a website, or via file-sharing).

    • Claim the design as your own or remove any copyright notices or watermarks.

    • Use the designs in automated cut-and-sew machines without manual intervention.

4. User Obligations

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

5. Intellectual Property

All Content, including but not limited to designs, graphics, text, and logos, is the exclusive property of VOM Embroidery.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOM Embroidery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or Content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable design.
